first_imgThe Tedeschi Trucks Band’s Wheels Of Soul tour is off and running, stopping last night at the renowned Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, NY for a full night of musical celebration. Initially conceived last summer, Wheels of Soul pairs TTB with some of the best groups around. This summer, the band brought along The North Mississippi Allstars and Los Lobos for the run, and brought out members from each supporting group to enhance their own performance.No stranger to collaborations, the Tedeschi Trucks Band has hosted some all-stars in their day. Last night, the band brought out a ton of guests, including Cesar Rosa, David Hidalgo and Steve Berlin of Los Lobos, as well as Luther Dickinson of NMA. Eagles, Bucks, Trojans garner All-PVC wrestling accolades

first_imgELLSWORTH — Wrestlers from all three Hancock County teams were announced Thursday as selections to this year’s All-Penobscot Valley Conference teams.Bucksport had a first-team selection in Kaleb Nightingale, who earned the top spot at 133 pounds. Travis Hutchinson (120 pounds), Grayson Fernald (195 pounds), Cameron Rich (220) and Gavin Billings (285) earned second-team selections for the Golden Bucks.For Ellsworth, Matt Reid (126 pounds) and Noah Hughes (160 pounds) earned spots on the All-PVC second team. The Eagles’ Everett Huckins received honorable mention at 152 pounds.At 182 pounds, MDI’s Ethan Harkins claimed Hancock County’s second first-team selection.
